**Job Overview**
As a Bilingual Sales Representative, your role will focus on selling our properties. If you're skilled at understanding client needs, negotiating successfully, and closing deals, we want you to join us.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare bilingual marketing materials and listings for properties
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients fluently in English and Spanish
- Build and maintain relationships with bilingual clients to understand their real estate needs
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
**Qualifications**
- **Proficient in written and spoken English**; able to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and practices in the U.S.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High Speed Internet and PC/Laptop

Pay: $100.00 - $140.00 per hour
