Support the achievement of (SBG) and support the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will be the information collection point between managers and staffs. You will responsible for the production data accuracy and analyze the production report and dig deep some continuous improvement opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for performance report and scorecards
- Assist in production plan execution
- Track HSE & 5S training, audit and action
- Execute rapid-problem solving processes
- Execute change process
- Execute the escalation process
- Track cross training execution
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Technical Degree or above
