**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Fullstack Developer to join our team in Guadalajara.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure systems to meet client requirements.
- Provide fullstack development expertise, with a strong focus on backend technologies using Python and databases like MariaDB.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define architectural solutions that support product and business objectives.
- Lead technical decision-making, providing mentorship and guidance to the development team.
- Optimize existing systems and solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Communicate technical strategies and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Expertise in Python development and relational databases.




- Proven experience in system architecture and fullstack development at an architect level.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
**Additional Information**
**Location**:Guadalajara,Jalisco, Mexico (working from home - office won't be mandatory all the time, rather it will required from time to time).
