**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **SPV Oversight and Financial Coordination**:
- Lead the coordination between procurement, technical, and construction teams for valuation and calculation processes in alignment with project contracts.
- Monitor and manage SPV-related valuation tasks, including project progress metrics, client billing, and subcontractor payments.
- **Settlement Supervision**:
- Facilitate settlement activities with subcontractors, supervisors, and the client to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
- **Process Management**:
- Prepare and manage monthly documentation for collection and payment workflows.
- Perform data analysis, calculations, and statistical reporting for SPV operations.
- **General Support**:
- Complete additional tasks assigned by project leadership, ensuring compliance with all financial and contractual obligations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Civil Engineering,



or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 3+ years in financial coordination, SPV management, or construction project oversight.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in data management tools and valuation software (e.g., Excel, Neodata, Opus).
- Knowledge of SPV structures and construction contract management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
