**Responsibilities**
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying changes to existing software
- Enhance the company’s IT infrastructure security protocols
- Identify manual processes that can be automated
- Consider the organization’s entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements
- Maintain and improve the company’s cloud infrastructure
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering
- Must have expert/intermediate level knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP Cloud Infrastructure, networking, security, Storage
- Adeptness in Instrumentation, Monitoring, Alerting, and Incident Management
- DevOps prowess and tool familiarity
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for cloud apps
- Stellar communication and teamwork skills
- English fluency at B2 or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience in Oracle Relational Databases
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Polanco (CDMX) or Guadalajara
