**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of program initiatives
- Monitor program timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Manage resources and budget allocations for programs
- Implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluate program performance and recommend improvements
- Support the development and training of team members
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on program progress and outcomes
- Act as a liaison to resolve any issues that may impact program success
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, specifically in software engineering
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of 5 or more in a managerial or similar capacity
- Proven track record of involvement in at least 2 full cycle projects or participation in various project phases throughout the development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques to enhance operational workflows
- Ability to analyze complex data sets for making informed strategic decisions
- Proficient in communicating effectively within a distributed and multicultural environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve challenges
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills at an Advanced level
**Nice to have**
- Relevant professional certifications in project management or related fields
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience in interviewing, mentoring, and guiding technical professionals to enhance team capabilities and performance
