- Act as Scrum Master for Unqork development teams, driving Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, architects, and product owners.
- Ensure teams remain focused, productive, and aligned with sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the backlog based on business needs.
- Remove impediments that hinder the progress of Unqork developers.
- Ensure transparency of sprint progress through JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools.

**Program Manager / Project Manager**
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for No-Code projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure No-Code solutions meet business objectives.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues in project implementations.
- Drive adherence to No-Code platform best practices and compliance standards.
- Having experience in dealing with Unqork or any other Low code No Code project will be added advantage.
