Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Engage in natural and exploratory conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics

Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety

Identify issues including factual errors, awkward phrasing, unhelpful answers, or potential bias

Push AI systems with creative, nuanced, or challenging prompts to uncover their limits

Record structured, detailed feedback to help research teams improve AI performance





Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different subjects

Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate what makes an answer good or bad A clear communicator with strong written English skills

Comfortable navigating simple chat-based web interfaces

Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
