**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full employee life cycle from Onboarding to Exit Process
- Provide assistive support to people partners with various projects and tasks
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate with management and leadership to support and implement programs and initiatives
- Foster diversity and inclusion activities
- Present training and development materials
- Organize events, including virtual and in-person
- Develop and implement account-specific onboarding materials
- Create account-level recognition programs
- Support townhalls for accounts and organization units
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of general HR experience in a fast-paced, innovative workplace
- Passionate about teamwork with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with a customer service approach to employee needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a coaching role and provide timely, meaningful feedback
- Brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrates quick learning abilities and effective problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting a US-based population desirable
- Understanding of US labor law regulations
- B2+ English level proficiency
