We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Lead Business Analyst** dedicated to the success of our retail and e-commerce initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the assessment process of MACH Platforms in alignment with business objectives
- Spearhead collaboration initiatives with the UX team to optimize user experience
- Facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive insights on project requirements
- Gather, clarify, and manage business requirements efficiently
- Negotiate and prioritize requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT teams and Product Owners
- Direct analysis activities specific to B2B and B2C commerce modules
**Requirements**:
- Experience with MACH Platforms, B2B Commerce Module, and B2C Commerce of at least 5 years
- Background in leading discovery processes within the e-commerce domain
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops, negotiations, and requirement prioritizations
- Demonstrated success as the primary point of contact for business/product owners
- Knowledge of specific analysis activities in retail settings
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
