We are seeking an experienced **Senior Manual Tester** to oversee the testing processes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and external vendors, to ensure quality standards are met
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases (functional, regression, performance)
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
- Conduct regular reviews of testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide training and mentorship to junior QA team members
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Data Cloud
- Proven knowledge of source to target data mappings
- Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment
**Nice to have**
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
