We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - Integration. This is a pivotal role in our IT organization, where nearly all transformational programs depend on the seamless operation of integration platforms that support our entire value chain, G&A; functions, and third-party partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for successful delivery and support of our integration solutions and platforms. You will collaborate closely with third-party delivery partners to ensure we deliver solutions on time and with high quality. You will also work with business stakeholders across various domains to understand their integration requirements and drive delivery of solutions.
You should have integration implementation experience with a global consumer electronics or high-tech company and understand both systems configuration and overall systems architecture in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Deliver integration solution architectures and detailed solution designs
- Drive operational excellence in the management of existing integration services and service providers
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions that meet business requirements, staying aligned with corporate initiatives.
- Ensure that enterprise integration standards, documentation, and change control processes are followed across the organization.
- Deliver on integration solutions, either directly, or through our integration service provider
- Identify issues in current integration landscape and propose solutions

Experiência y requisitos
Required Competencies:
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and managing complex projects.
- An integration expert knowledgeable through their career about integration tools, techniques, and approaches
- Strong vendor management skills with ability to hold third parties accountable for quality and timely deliverables.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to achieve common goals.
- Excellent documentation skills with ability to document Integration Solution Designs, sequence diagrams, and to build troubleshooting documentation.
- Functional business acumen to understand and speak to business challenges and processes that that rely on integration is essential
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ yrs of extensive experience using and administering EDI and enterprise middleware platforms (OpenText, SAP PI, or similar).
- 5+ yrs of experience in integrating with a large -scale ERP suite (similar but not limited to: SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or Workday Financials)
- Experience with Supply Chain Management solutions: Kinaxis RapidResponse.




- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of EDI standards, including X12 and EDIFACT.
- Proficiency using and managing API-first iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in developing integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Demonstrated expertise in EDI integration with trading partners.
- Experience with shell scripting; troubleshooting complex systems. Managing third-party vendors and partners to ensure performance and results.
- Proven experience with extensive third-party logistics and contract manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4 Business Technology Platform. Big Data integration tools such as Talend
- Relevant certifications in integration platforms.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
