We are looking for an Art Director to own all of the company's static content and its brand portfolio – packaging, print, point of sale, visual identity, and design systems.

This is a hands‑on leadership role and the guardian of taste, production quality, and visual identity across every brand. While the Content Production Lead owns content in motion, the Art Director owns everything static, turning briefings into high‑craft deliverables that land consistently across every communication touchpoint.





The Art Director will lead a team of three designers, elevating their work to the standard of a benchmark creative agency, and will collaborate closely with Brand Management, Consumer & Market Insights, Brand Experience, Performance & Ecommerce, and Social & Community teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the creation of all static content for the company and its brands (packaging, print, point of sale, digital stills), turning briefings into high‑craft deliverables.
- Act as the guardian of taste, craft, and production quality of everything static the company puts out into the world.
- Own and safeguard the brand manuals, brand books, and corporate identity of the company and its brands.
