The main activities are the following:
- Define mid-term roadmap in dealer technical support strategy
- Formalize technical support processes
- Liaise with Integral Business Units to gather existing processes
- Benchmark processes in other NAM regions and within partner organizations
- Align processes and support deployment and transition period
- Challenge current technical performance
- In line with mid-term customer and dealer satisfaction objectives, define technical support performance objectives
- Manage various projects of improvement for aftersales area,(battery management,



technical training improvement etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers
- Unify Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Define scope of activities, key performance indicators and minimum requirements
**Requirements**:
The job might be for you if you have the following skills:
- Engineering master degree or similar
- Strong project management skills
- Sucessfull experience in technical aftersales area
- Experience in technical or customer support centers is an advantage
- Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
- Keen to work in a Multicultural and cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and oral English skills. Ability to communicate transparently and efficientlyin all working environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Autonomous and Proactive
- Open-minded and innovative
