**Tlajomulco de Zuñiga**
**Objetive**:Provide the engineering support for the assembly and manufacturing of Fiber Optical Connectivity products with a focus on Cable assemblies with the standard terminations LC, SC, MPO etc.
Functions description ( Activities )
- Creation/Maintenance of optical fiber Assembly SOP and WI
- Support Customer with new products, sample trial production, BOM maintenance, new sample FMEA creation
- NPI, employee training, etc. for new products and new processes (including ECN changes)
- Trial and Qualification of jumper related production-equipment
- On-site Quality-support (support and solution for Quality Complaints (root-cause, process analysis etc.)
Knowledges
- production process of optical fiber connectors (SC, LC, FC,



MTP/MPO, etc.)
- understand the relevant industries and international standards for optical connectivity products, (e.g. GR326/GR1435/IEC)
- relevant experience in new product introduction, be familiar with the process of new product introduction, and achieve mass production of products
**Skills**:
- able to set the process flow according to product structure requirements, and able to independently write work instructions Books and other process documents
- familiar with CAD drawing software
- Strong hands-on ability, strong execution ability, good at discovering, analyzing and solving problems
