**Your Tasks and responsibilities**
- Defines the strategic development and lifecycle of the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio, in line with the given strategy of the business.
- Proposes function or unit related budgets, e.g. R&D; budget distribution, strategic targets, etc.
- Defines and allocates resources for Product Portfolio Management.
- Ensures constant observation of relevant markets (competitor activities, portfolio gaps,



demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets, etc.).
- Initiates analyses and decision proposals for Product & Product Portfolio Management Head.
- Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
**Your qualifications**:
- Electrical engineering or similar background
- Fluent English
- 10 years of experience with electrical protection and automation systems
- Experience working with electrical substations
- Experience as team leader and team manager
- Experience working with projects
