Seeking experienced and motivated leader to contribute to the success and share the vision of the tightly-knit Engineering Services team while working both on a team and independently. Will support the fast-paced business in defining and maintaining product configurations for multiple Jacuzzi spa and bath brands and contribute to continuous process improvement. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are a must as is attention to detail
- Lead weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
- Configure, input, and update Items and Bills of Material in the KBM and Infor ERP systems.
- Evaluate,process, and implement Engineering Change Orders in the SolidWorks EPDM and Infor
- Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Validate Engineering Drawings against Bills of Materials.
- Communicate with Engineering, CAD, Marketing, Service, Finance, Purchasing, and Manufacturing regarding status of changes.
- Support the New Product Development team in configuring and releasing new products.
- Lead annual product launch activities.
- Confirms product documentation is consistent with requirements throughout the product life cycle.
- Manage company procedures, instructions, and forms to the ISO standard.
- Lead process improvement activities.
- Work alone or lead a team to complete ad hoc projects
Experiência y requisitos
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**




- In-depth understanding of the principles of configuration management in the KBM, EPDM, and Infor PLM & ERP systems.
- Understanding of Bills of Materials and Item Masters.
- Familiar with Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) and Change Control Board (CCB).
- Familiar with purchasing and inventory control functions.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with process improvement, engineering processes, company standards.
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Detail-oriented.
- Quality-focused.
- Technical writing skills.
- Problem-solving ability & Multi-tasking ability.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer or similar
- English level advanced.
- At least 10 years of experience in Configuration management.
- At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- At least 5 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
