AMREP Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Manager to provide leadership to our OEM partner's vendors. You will be working with the world's best in electronics manufacturing and will play a critical role in the successful realisation of cutting edge products.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while optimizing efficiency and productivity.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively
- Successfully implement engineering design changes.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications and standards are met
- Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency




- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience in managing production schedules and optimizing resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
