**Role Description**
**IT Recruiter**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from understanding hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Conduct engaging and insightful interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess technical abilities, soft skills, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **full-lifecycle recruitment**, specifically within the **IT and technology sectors**.
- Demonstrable success in **technical recruiting**, with a strong understanding of various software development methodologies, programming languages, cloud technologies, and other relevant IT domains.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of **hiring** techniques and best practices for attracting and assessing technical talent.




- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the **ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines**.
- Strong understanding of current **IT industry trends and technologies** and the ability to articulate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**. Equivalent practical experience in IT recruitment may be considered in lieu of a degree.
