**Privacy Policy**
**Position Overview**
The Planner, Logistics Planning role is responsible for coordinating the inbound and outbound transportation flow of materials for Ennovi's EMEX and EMPS factories in Guadalajara. Inbound raw materials from Mexico, the US and Asia,
and outbound Finished Goods deliveries to Mexico and the US. The role is a hugely important role within the team - working closely with materials planning and customer service, as well as carriers, customs agents, suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth logistics flow across the value stream.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound shipments from suppliers into EMX and EMPS facilities
- Manage outbound shipments from EMX and EMX facilities
- Maintain and file appropriate import and export documentation
- Work carrier logistics
- Schedule pickups
- Work with Material Planning and Customer Service teams to prioritize shipments
- Optimize logistics cost
- Manage Annex 24 and Annex 31 Customs compliance requirements
**Job Requirements & Qualification**
- Bachelors Degree in International Trade
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a logistics or trade analyst role
- **Indispensable: virtual requests**
- English speaking
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly-organized, attention to detail, self-starter
Additional Details
- Previous experience of working in an operations or lean manufacturing environment is an advantage
