**Facilities Engineer for Construction**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Design and Planning**:
- Develop electrical system designs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to determine specific project requirements.
- **Project Management**:
- Oversee electrical system installation from inception through completion.
- Prepare project budgets and timelines and ensure adherence to both.
- **Technical Support and Maintenance**:
- Provide ongoing technical support during construction phases to address and resolve any electrical issues.
- Oversee the testing of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance.
- Draft and maintain detailed documentation and reports related to electrical design, installation, and compliance.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure all electrical installations and operations comply with national and local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Implement safety procedures and conduct regular inspections.




- **Client and Stakeholder Interaction**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all electrical-related queries from clients and stakeholders.
- Present project updates and technical information to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.
