Salary Range**:$14,000-$16,000 MXN/month**
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Support Specialist to join our team! If you love helping people and have a passion for providing great service, you’ll be a perfect fit. You’ll assist our customers by answering calls in both Spanish and English, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Answering customer calls and helping with inquiries.
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and accurately.
- Keeping records of interactions and issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to solve more complex problems.




**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus!
- A positive attitude and ability to multitask.
