We are hiring an **HRBP Intern**who will be a key member of the Human Resources team, providing support on various HR initiatives for different functions and areas within the global company. You will work alongside the Americas HR Business Partners to execute strategies that align business needs with HR best practices.
**What you will be doing**:
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and ensure that they are complied with globally.
- Assist in the collection of data needed for internal and external HR audits.
- Assist in the development, design and distribution of internal communications to keep employees informed about company news, HR policies and programs, new benefits etc.
- Research and negotiate benefits or deals with external companies to offer exclusive benefits to employees (discounts, additional services, promotions).
- Support new employee onboarding process.
- Participate in global HRBP wellbeing and DEI meetings to implement the GBC events and projects.
- Provide support in the and day-to-day employee questions and related HR issues.
- Creation and follow up of the purchase orders of the HR team.
- Organize the agenda of the GT quarterly teambuilding’s.
- Collaborate in the analysis of HR data and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, one pagers etc.
**Who you are**
**Required Skills or Competencies**
- Currently studying Communications, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or business related bachelor's degrees.
- Advanced written and oral English.
- To graduate in June 2026 or later.
- Availability to work from 8am to 5pm.
