Deco Seguros is a well-known Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in protecting the assets of Mexican families. We are currently looking for a **Quality Specialist** to join our team in **Monterrey, Nuevo León**.
**What Will You Do?**
- Develop monthly goals for team members’ activities.
- Effectively plan resources to maximize productivity (people, technology, tools, etc.).
- Gather, analyze, and create statistics across different branches in various areas such as goals, operating costs, expenses, customer service metrics, etc.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work environment among team members.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly presentations to report results to upper management.
**What Do We Need From You?**
- Ensure service quality and a great customer experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve performance.
- Follow up on PreNeed leads and coordinate meetings with agents.
- Identify business opportunities through market and competition analysis.
- Analyze KPIs and present findings to the team in daily meetings.
- Take action and implement strategies to improve overall or individual performance when necessary.
**Technical Knowledge Required**:




- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Familiarity with Google Meet
