- Oversee quality inspections at every stage of production, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Verify that packaging, labeling, and shipping meet customer requirements.
- Ensure employees follow proper procedures and provide training where necessary.
- Meeting quality standards for customer approvals for samples and production.
- Conduct final inspections before white glove orders are shipped to customers.
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, including documentation and process audits.
- Stay updated on industry standards and compliance regulations (ISO, OSHA).
- Participate in quality improvement projects, continuous improvement projects and staff training programs.
Experiência y requisitos
- Strong knowledge of print processes and quality control standards.
- Experience in the apparel industry and retailer certification processes.
- Organizational and time-management skills.




- Ability to multitask and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detecting misprints, defects, and damages.
- Quick decision-making skills to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with production teams and leadership and communicate to the customer.
- Familiarity with technology, including MS Office, ERP systems, and data management.
- Ability to travel as needed to monitor quality across various facilities.
