Base Salary: From $15,000 MXN/month (negotiable based on your track record).

General Exposure: Negotiate directly with international clients daily. The Mission (What you'll do) Pipeline Ownership: Master the outbound process, prospecting, and qualifying high-value B2 B international accounts.

The Full Cycle: Own the deal from the very first cold outreach to the final signed contract.

Portfolio Equity:



Build, nurture, and retain your own B2 B client portfolio through systematic, high-impact telephone follow-ups.

Metrics That Matter: Meet daily outbound activity benchmarks and smash monthly revenue targets using our CRM.

Who You Are (Requirements) The Communicator: Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory. You will be pitching to global clients over the phone every single day.

The Veteran: 3+ years of verifiable experience in high-volume B2 B outbound telesales or cold calling.

Resilient Mindset: Rejection doesn't phase you. You possess sharp objection-handling skills and high emotional intelligence.

Education: University degree (completed or in progress).

Plus: Experience in industrial, manufacturing, electronic components, or MRO sectors.
