Job Objective: Lead on-site security operations, ensuring service continuity, operational compliance, team supervision, and timely incident response.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute comprehensive security strategies. Supervise daily operations, staff coverage, and team performance. Coordinate responses to alarms,



emergencies, and operational incidents. Prepare and review incident reports, operational updates, and follow-up actions. Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and security procedures.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in private security operations. 3+ years of experience in personnel management and shift coordination.

Experience in CCTV monitoring and access control processes.

Conversational

English. Versátil schedule / Availability to work open shifts.
