We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** with e-commerce expertise.
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of e-commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud to support our project teams. You will play a critical role in managing requirements and project scope while ensuring meaningful customer engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project teams including Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams
- Manage requirements and project scope with precision
- Participate in Agile-based projects to deliver outcomes
- Engage with clients to identify their needs and priorities
- Facilitate negotiations across various stakeholders
- Document project requirements to maintain alignment
- Analyze market trends to guide project strategies
- Support client interactions to improve engagement and satisfaction
- Contribute to planning and execution throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize SAP Marketing Cloud to enhance project efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Experience in business analysis with a focus on e-commerce, 3+ years
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud
- Background in Agile project methodologies
- Understanding of client interactions in a project environment
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation strategies
- Capability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with project documentation processes
