**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular visits to hardware stores and distributors to promote products and provide sales support;
- Execute in-store promotional activities (such as product demonstrations, training sessions, and POS campaigns) to boost sales;
- Optimize product displays and shelf layouts to enhance brand visibility and ensure compliance with company standards;
- Collaborate with distributors on inventory management, order fulfillment, and market feedback collection;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities;
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and submit detailed activity reports.
**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:
- Over 3 years of field sales experience;




- Possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently;
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred**:
- Experience in the power tools or hardware industry;
- Familiarity with the hardware retail market in Mexico;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
