**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, program, and optimize robotic welding results, with MIG, TIG, Laser, and Plasma knowledges.
- Analyze and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop welding parameters and ensure high-quality output.
- Conduct troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives for robotic welding cells (require knowledges on both Robots programming, PLC, Python & Power sources).
- Lead technical support and training for customers and internal teams in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Participate in field installations, system integrations, and post-installation support globally.
- Maintain safety and compliance with industry welding standards (AWS, ISO, etc.).
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in welding.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MIG, TIG,



Laser Welding, and Plasma Cutting technologies.
- Proficiency with robotic programming (e.g., ABB, FANUC, UR, or similar platforms).
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in **English, Portuguese, and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with programming & coding (e.g., Python, C++, RoboDK).
- Welding certification (e.g., CWI, CWE) is a plus.
- Experience working in automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery industries.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
