**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Manager Technical Program Management to be in Juarez City.**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Drive development and execution of strategic technology roadmaps, key lifecycle management and business continuity objectives aligned with the Hit Next Network program.
- Provide leadership and managing multi-level, cross-site, cross-functional teams focused on projects aligned with the Hit Next Network program.
- Partner with key external manufacturers to ensure attainment to program and project timelines and financial targets.
- Partner with Hit Next PMO to develop & deploy governance to enable monitoring critical metrics to achieve project objectives.
- Building strong cross-functional teams and coaching of team members
- Following defined processes & procedures related to program execution to ensure compliance and meet business results
- Recommending solutions based on understanding of multiple departments/functions and their interrelationships.
- Communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Minimum of a Bachelor’s and/or equivalent University Degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field is preferred. An Advanced Degree preferred
**Required**:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in Supply Chain and Program Management.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, able to navigate through ambiguity, think strategically, innovatively, and creatively to drive positive outcomes
- Strong Project Management experience
- Financial skills, including cost forecasting.
- Ability to adopt financial goals and use customer-focused decision making.
- Ability to lead teams effectively and drive alignment in a global environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in building business strategies and driving strategy implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and influence decision-making across an organization
- ** Preferred**:
- Master Black Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma or Similar Continuous Improvement Methodology
- Exposure to a general environment in previous roles
- Certifications in PMI or FPX
- Medical Device industry experience
- ** Other**:
May require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
