Charter Sales Coordinator Otaduy Yachts | Los Cabos | On-site | Full-time Otaduy Yachts has operated the leading charter fleet in Los Cabos for over 20 years, with more than 20,000 charters completed. We're now building the tech infrastructure to match: proprietary booking and charter management systems, partner portals, and AI-powered workflows. We're looking for someone organized, fast, and tech-savvy to be the central point of contact for our charter sales.

What you'll do

- Respond to and follow up on charter leads coming through our digital channels (website, social media, email)
- Handle requests from our hotel partners (One&Only; Palmilla, Four Seasons, Montage, among others) with impeccable response times
- Coordinate the full sales process with each partner: quoting, availability, confirmation, and payment
- Work daily inside our in-house systems and help us test, improve, and roll out new tools as we build them




- Keep the CRM and booking calendar up to date in coordination with operations What we're looking for:
- Fluent English and Spanish (a must, most of our clients are international)
- Experience in sales, reservations, or concierge roles in luxury hospitality
- Genuinely comfortable with technology: you pick up new software fast, you like efficient digital workflows, and bonus points if you've used AI tools to work smarter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple requests at once
- Availability to respond quickly, including some weekends
