- Partner with the card acquisition team to identify cross-sell opportunities and embed insurance offers in the customer journey.
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives to optimize the insurance sales process.
- Analyze sales data and customer interactions to define improvement areas and drive strategic decisions.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics that align with both lines of business.
