**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Prepare indicator reports and supervise compliance with TAT and Failure Analysis metrics.
- Coordinate failure analysis ensuring compliance with the procedures, standards, and specifications established in the Quality Management System related to their position.
- Provide support to the Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Design teams.
- Conduct continuous improvement meetings with Production, Engineering, and Import-Export, if required.
- Coordinate system and product calibration processes.
- Maintain and update the equipment and testers used in the Failure Analysis and Systems and Product Calibration Laboratory.
- Generate plans, procedures, and instructions that support compliance with the quality system.
Experiência y requisitos
**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- 3 to 5 years of Experience in Manufacturing processes, Quality Management
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in Manufacturing processes, Quality Management
- Advanced English (B2 or C1)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in GD&T;
- Knowledge of ISO-9001 and metrology
