We are seeking a Collections Executive to join the team for the Billing Department!
The role involves collecting accounts, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with established payment plan terms.
Various duties are performed in the department (collections, invoice creation, sending invoices for full payments, and collections).
The executive must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
