We are looking for a skilled **Growth Analyst**who will support our team in exploring leads behavior in sales funnels, automate their processes, and assess the approaches of sales leaders to close deals.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+);
- 3+ years of experience as a Growth/Product Analyst;
- Excellent analytical skills and working experience on analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau/DataLens, Python). Experience with PySpark, AWS, GitLab, AirFlow is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of product and business metrics;
- Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing marketing, growth, sales,



communications, low-code automations, and development.
- Experienced in designing and conducting experiments;
- Familiar with the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
What you will do:
- Design and build the system of Sales analytics dashboards;
- Test hypotheses by picking a suitable experiment design, defining metrics, and setting timeframes;
- Analyze and evaluate the launch and scaling effect of Growth team’s initiatives;
- Interact with stakeholders, users, related departments, and teams;
- Collect insights about the audience and product.
