Responsible for researching, analyzing, and monitoring international trade to develop business strategies, anticipate changes and trends in international markets, and promptly identify business threats and opportunities. Coordinate, plan, and oversee the proper transportation of materials and finished goods for efficient delivery to customers, as well as coordinate the completion of all plant accounting and financial reporting activities related to the assigned manufacturing location.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Regarding the control of Annexes 24 and 31, electronic control of inventories, FIFO, regime changes, and the date of destruction or donation of goods will be carried out.
- Monitoring the billing process of service providers.
- In terms of customs procedures, it is responsible for carrying out the necessary procedures for the entry and exit of materials into the country in compliance with applicable laws.
- Track shipments, provide general information and conditions for the clearance of goods requested by customers, and ensure compliance with operating procedures for the clearance of import and export goods.
- Coordinate the export and import of finished products and raw materials.
- Ensures that customs declarations comply with the required data (data, regulations, and taxes).
- Directly supervise materials in transit for arrival (shippers and customs brokers) to achieve this goal. Prepare departmental reports as needed. Complete monthly metrics and detailed delivery charts by client.
- Support with accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting, cost accounting, forecasting, and related analytical analysis as requested.




- Ensure that internal controls are properly designed and operating effectively.
- Support for fixed asset accounting, including capital project reviews, asset capitalization, and physical fixed asset inventory.
- Support and assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate plant inventory controls, reconciling inventory balances monthly, identifying excess and aging issues, reviewing/investigating inventory adjustments, and coordinating periodic physical inventories.
- Performs all other duties as required, including all work assignments related to the efficient flow of work within JAC Products.
**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:
- Advanced personal computing skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite programs
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data and make projections based on historical data.
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to identify urgent or emerging problems, develop alternative corrective actions, and involve appropriate colleagues in the timely implementation of corrective actions.
**PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade or international relations and/or public accounting.
- Experience in MAPICS/AS400 is preferred
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:
- 5 or more years of experience in a complex Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive OEM parts production facility.
- Knowledge of Annex 24, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law, Standards and agreements
- Accounting knowledge of fixed assets, accounting policies and financial statements.
- Traffic coordination.
- Issuance of certificates of origin and international treaties.
