We seek a highly motivated, detail oriented, business-minded student with creativity, initiative, teamwork and project management skills to support our security services practice.
As a Security Project Operations Intern, you can work with various areas of our Security Services department to support the following operation initiatives:
- Keep track of long
- and short-term projects provided each month by the Security Services practice.
- Assist in embedded resource management of expenses, training design, and other administrative support.
- Collaborate in planning for executive protection tasks, including resource allocation and agenda analysis.
- Manage administrative actions of the services business including contractor invoices, expenses and internal management systems.
- Research and vetting of potential contractors for specialized services.
- Ensure that client invoices are created according to proposed timelines.
- Other tasks resulting from daily activities.
**Requirements**:
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Able to multitask and balance competing requirements
- Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
