We are looking for a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and take an active role in delivering innovative data solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities**
- Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and create data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives
- Define product goals, establish success metrics, and track progress to ensure business value is achieved
- Collaborate with technical teams such as Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design scalable and effective data solutions
- Lead client engagements and support presales initiatives by showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client needs
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with roadmaps and meet customer expectations
- Evaluate data quality and availability, identifying gaps and recommending improvements in governance processes
- Support data integration and processing efforts to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-making
- Effectively communicate insights and strategies to technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment across stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar consulting role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
- Proven participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product (or key product capability)

- Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in data-related projects
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Comprehensive understanding of data architecture, lifecycle, and product design
- Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills to simplify complex problems and present actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful data solutions
- Proven ability to manage and deliver data projects focused on measurable business outcomes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, to enable effective communication with clients and stakeholders
