**What you will bring**:
**Academic Background, Languages & Certifications**:
- Proficient in English
- PMI or equivalent Project management certification preferred
- Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects, especially those involving HR business transformation or software implementation
- Experience in HR or Payroll (PY) transformation projects
- Familiarity with Workday or SAP PY modules
**Technical Skills & Responsibilities**:




- Expertise in change management, risk & issue management, and stakeholder engagement
- Lead workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Facilitate recurring team and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management
