**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled **Network Engineer** with **3 to 5 years of experience** to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure. This role involves performing software upgrades, device reboots, and addressing routine on-call issues to ensure the stability and performance of our network systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform regular network maintenance tasks, including software upgrades and device reboots.
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Respond to routine on-call incidents and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement network improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate safeguards.
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain optimal network performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **3 to 5 years of proven experience** as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.




- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability for on-call support and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed.
