We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst**with a background in Financial Services to support data science and analytics initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to collect and document detailed business requirements
- Break down complex business needs into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria using Jira
- Partner with Technical System Analysts to ensure precise translation of business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
- Analyze data and processes to support the development and implementation of data science models and solutions
- Assist with incident resolution and troubleshooting when necessary
- Ensure deliverables align with business objectives and contribute to continuous value delivery
**Requirements**:
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Financial Services or Wealth Management, with a proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating comprehensive documentation
- Experience working with data science teams and a solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts to facilitate collaboration and solution development
- Skills in SQL for performing advanced data analysis and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to manage stakeholders effectively and solve complex problems in dynamic environments
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher to ensure clear communication across integral teams
**Nice to have**
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI,



or similar BI tools to support data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for working with modern data architectures
