**Application Support Analyst**:
**We will count on you to**:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
- Ensure all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management).
- Support Project Teams ensuring technology-related projects are implemented successfully and on time with mínimal impact to the production environment.
**What you need to have**:
- An Associate degree or bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Advanced English, Java, Spring, REST API, and Angular.
