**Customer Care Associate**
**Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD per month**
**Responsibilities**:
- Support customers through various communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Keep customer records updated in the database.
- Work with team members to streamline support processes.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ Years as a Customer Care Associate or similar position
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Energetic & upbeat
- Team Player
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
Pay: $26,800.00 - $47,600.00 per month
