**Analyst IT Support**:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Support team at Marsh McLennan Companies. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this position, you will provide technical support to internal users of technology products, ensuring effective service delivery to both internal and external clients.
**We will count on you to**:
- Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve issues while collaborating with clients, IT departments, and suppliers.
- Assist in troubleshooting activities for user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts.
- Analyze reported system issues to determine validity, severity, and reproduction steps.
**What you need to have**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2-5 years of industry experience, or 5-7 years of experience without a degree.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC/MVVM, TFS, Visual Studio, and SQL.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and relational databases.
