**Corporate Information Solutions**:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Controls/User Provisioning Support team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Controls/User Provisioning Support Analyst, you will manage user identities and control access to critical systems, ensuring compliance with security policies while collaborating with IT and security teams.
**We will count on you to**:
- Monitor, review, and audit access logs to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Identify and resolve access-related issues, troubleshooting identity and access management systems.
- Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure appropriate levels of access control.
- Provide end-user training on IAM policies and best practices for secure access management.
**What you need to have**:
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management or a similar security role.
- Strong understanding & experience of IAM protocols, tools, and technologies (e.g. SSO, Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, RBAC, SailPoint, Service Now).
- 5 - 7 years’ experience with identity access management in IDAM tools.
