Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Director Finance_ located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the VP Finance, role will be responsible for managing the activities of a team of financial professionals in a business unit and ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data as well as developing, implementing and maintaining systems, procedures and policies in order to ensure accurate data that is in compliance with corporate and legislative requirements._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manage preparation of quarterly financial reporting package for leadership review._
- _ Establish operational objectives and assignments._
- _ Develop and establish financial reporting requirements._
- _ Support external auditors in their examination of quarterly and year-end financial statements._
- _ Ensure monthly informative account analysis and reconciliations are performed._
- _ Coach and mentor financial professionals in organization._




- _ Analyze market practice to benchmark current systems and controls to verify systems and process integrity in order to enhance the Company's value._
- _ Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Finance management experience._
- _ Ability to effectively communicate information to top management, regulatory agencies and external parties._
- _ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables._
- _ Demonstrates expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses._
