**We will count on you to**:
- Design and develop the underlying architectures linking the fundamental technologies to enable the successful implementation of data projects
- Hire, lead, and manage a small team of developing engineers
- Create structures to enable streamlining of data processes
- Design the implementation of best practices in relation to Data Security, backup, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Archiving. Ensure alignment with Enterprise strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Owner and Project Managers to deliver impact
**What you need to have**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English




- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
- Availability to work 3 times a week in the office
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with configuring Databricks via IAC and Terraform
- Ability to identify and proactively solve data-related problems
