**_ Black Belt is a Individual contributor role that needs to collaborate with developer teams, operations and extended teams to deliver on productivity, Business impact by leading a project and mentoring multiple GB projects and also engage in discussions to implement digital solutions and conduct POC’s and share with clients._**_ _**
**_Responsibilities_**

- **_ _**_Ops risk identification and mitigation - Targeted focus on process management within control limits_**

- **_ _**_Continuous improvement projects on key metrics / stabilization support_**

- **_Revitalize _**_LSS culture by embedding LSS skills in Operations; drive client engagement._**
**_ _**
- **_Works with Training & Ops to train associates in process execution_**
**_ _**
- **_Works with Ops to implement improvement plans, process monitoring tools (_**_PKTs,



Transaction / Accuracy checks, etc.) & refresher trainings_**

- **_Works with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities_**

- **_Working closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process monetizable opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilization, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization. _**
- **_Initiating and leading projects that improve end-to-end processes; Setting, validating and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impac. _**
- **_Building Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team; Driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives;_**

- **_Supporting Transition teams in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processe. _**
- **_Driving Standardization and Integral Best Practices within the organization;_**
**_ _**
- **_Conducting Quality and Digital Awareness Trainings within the organization;_**

- **_Coaching & Mentoring Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives. _**
- **_Conceptualizing and completing Black Belt (BB) projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes_**

- **_Fulfilling the requirements and Achieve BB Certification within 18-24 months_**

- **_Drive project management to deliver Digital assessments and deployments _**

- _University graduate _
- **_Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others) - Application & Execution_**

- **_Green Belt certification_**

- **_Black Belt/ Lean/ any other Quality Certification would be a plus._**
**_ _**
- **_Project Management skills and certification would be appreciated._**
