**Warehouse Operations Supervisor**
Location: Industrial Santa Cruz, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga
**General Objective of the Position**:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution center, ensuring efficient reception, storage, and dispatch of goods, while complying with established quality and safety standards.
Profile Requirements:
- Educational Level: University, Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Graduated.
- English Level: Advanced (conversational required).
- Driver's License: Knowing how to drive and having a chauffeur's license is essential.
- Travel Availability: Yes.
Additional Skills:
- Inventory planning, management, and control.
- Merchandise reception and dispatch processes.
- Use of warehouse management systems (ERP, WMS).
- Reverse logistics.
- Knowledge of quality control processes.
- Warehouse safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handling of PDAs, handhelds, and forklifts.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance.

**Main Activities**:




- Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory, compliance with procedures, and safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage and train staff to maximize efficiency and evaluate operational performance.
- Identify improvements, resolve incidents, and prepare productivity reports for management.

**We offer**:
- Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), Saturday (9:00 am - 2:00 pm).
- Salary: $23,000 to $25,000 nominal.
- Pay Period: Bi-weekly.
